Anu Sachdev is a practitioner of narrative based social change strategies specializing in transmedia campaigns, Entertainment Education, and complexity science approaches to social change. She brings international experience and passion in design, production, implementation and extensive monitoring & evaluation for social change programs.
Anu has extensive experience of working in India, South Asia, West and Central African countries on biodiversity conservation programs funded by USAID, UN and Wildlife Conservation Society and worked extensively in managing the programs, implementation and documentation of best practices, success stories and training of stakeholders in documenting the change in practices of stakeholders because of the programs.

In India, Anu has extensive experience of working in the Indian states of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi on complex social and behavioural issues. Internationally, Anu has designed over 18 interventions on a variety of health, environment and social justice areas for social development.

Anu earned two masters’ degrees from the University of Delhi and University of Texas in communication for social change strategies and complexity-inspired change management. She is also a grduate in ‘Social Impact Stratergy’ from Center for Social Impact Strategy at University of Pennsylvania. Anu has worked with great organizations such as PCI Media Impact, New York; University of Texas at El Paso; Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs; Breakthrough; Population Foundation of India amongst others.

Most of all, Anu is a believer of new realities, scripts that can drive people to change. She is always in action and never forgets to smile whomever she meets!


Pallavi is a passionate communicator of holistic communication functions, with the aim of actualizing a positive social impact by transformation of communities from the inside out. She is trained in Communication for Development, with specialization in theoretical and practical skills in Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategies of entertainment-education, effective social campaign, mobilization, message designing and training of trainers. She is equipped with skills in narrative design, production, content writing, research, design & implementation.

Pallavi’s research and outreach spans sectors such as health & nutrition, environment & sustainability, women empowerment & inclusion, CSR amongst others. She has extensive experience of working in West African programs relating to conservation issues, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and other states in India and managing large-scale conferences. Her experience includes working on both national and international with clients including, Nutrition International, Government of Madhya Pradesh, USAID, World Bank, Government of Karnataka, FICCI, CARE, Vodafone and Purpose Campaign amongst others. Pallavi earned her dual masters’ degrees in communication from London School of Economics and Annenberg School of Communication at University of Southern California followed by an intensive fellowship with PCI Media Impact, New York.

She believes that the education she received is both, her privilege and burden, and till the time she doesn’t use it as a means to bring about a difference, her purpose would not be fulfilled.
